How much does on-site IT support cost?

Our standard rate is $55 for the first hour of service. Seniors (65+) receive a discounted rate of $50 for the first hour. Each additional hour is billed at $40. We always charge for the full first hour, even if the issue is resolved quickly.

What if my issue is resolved quickly?

Even if your problem is resolved in just a few minutes, you’ll still receive a full hour of service. During the remaining time, we’re happy to perform a complimentary basic tune-up for your PC, laptop, or cell phone.

Yes! All of our IT Support Specialists undergo thorough background checks before joining our team. We never use subcontractors—our technicians are trusted employees of our company.

What if my issue can’t be resolved?

While our technicians are highly trained and CompTIA+ certified, if we’re unable to fix your issue, you won’t be charged for the visit. Your satisfaction is our priority.
