Absolutely,we allow changes to be made to your settings up to two times free of charge, provided that yo provide us with a minimum 45 days notice.

What is your policy on cancellations?

Events that are rescheduled within 45 days are liable for full payment, considering perishable materials. However, we strive to cooperate with all clients!

What are the payment terms?

You will be asked to make a down-payment of 50% upon finalizing your subscription, with the remaining 50% due 24 hours prior to your event.

How do I handle guest invitations?

To manage guest invitations, we have an intuitive “Invites” section, easily accessible on our online platform. You have complete control, however, we are also happy to provide assistance.

How can I request an invoice for the services I have subscribed to?
