How much does is cost for an “On-site” IT Support Specialist?

We charge for the full first hour. It is $55 per hour for the first hour (for those 65+ $50 per hour) and $40 for each additional hour.

What if the IT issue is fixed quickly?

Even if your issue is resolved quickly, we will provide a full hour of service, which may include a complimentary basic PC/Laptop or cell phone tune-up.

What should I expect when the IT Support Specialist calls or emails to schedule an appointment?

The IT Support Specialist will need as much information as possible related to the issue to solve your problem quickly and efficiently, saving you time and money!

Do you run background checks on your IT Support Technicians?

Yes, we do background checks on our IT Support Specialists before we hire! We do not subcontract; we employ our IT Support Specialists!

What happens if the IT Support Specialist cannot fix my IT issue?

We hire highly trained IT Support Specialists (Comp TIA+ certified). However, if we are unable to solve your technical issue, then we do not charge you for the appointment.
